Just had an email back from performance 3000, intercooler, sports exhaust and remap all in for £1250 and they would be looking to keep the car for around three days. give it a few more weeks and i should hve the cash saved up an alls go!!!

Nice one, i thought it was gunna be around the £300 mark. ill let ya know. peugeot said they would normaly do the water pump as well, proberly trying to get me to spend the cash. Ill make sure the cooant gets done as well.

Just got back from the peugeot garage, as i had to get them to have a look at the horn which is all fixed for £40, as they had to renew some connector points. while i was there i asked about the exhaust....... MY CAR DOES NOT HAVE A PARTICLE FILTER! so i hope that ends all the banter Ive also...

if i was to have the intercooler, exhaust and remap done would this be to much for the internals on the engine?

it sounds the same as my car, but im looking at the bumper an theres a cut out thats there for no reason... would be perfect with a average size oval. im not looking to try an put a jap bin can on a tractor engine! just add abit of consecutive style!

Does anyone know the wheel size and offset for the peugeot 406 mk2? Im playing with the idea of changing the alloys in the near future so any information would be good. What size and offset should be used? What would look good?:p

I can find anything for the peugeot 406 hdi mate. British companys dont seem to have much respect to any diesel. you might be best off buying the pipe work and build it up your self... try this website; www.regals-motorsport.co.uk

Does an intercooler have to be placed in front of the radiator? obviously they get hot but would it be too hot that it couldnt be placed behind the radiator. looking under the hood that seems to be the only place that i can fit a smallish intercooler without going crazy with a angle grinder...
