Its a '94 GTO and I'd say UK limits are near enough the same as ours. I have a second hand cat and lambda sensor ordered so when I get them on I'll bring it for the test again and hopefully it will pass. Is servicing the injectors a big job? What is the procedure for doing it.

I got my lights opened up and cleaned, a little messy like you said but they turned out fine. I thought I'd have much better light from them afterwards but thats not the case, the lights are still very weak on it. Is this common or is it a problem with my lights and do you have any suggestions...

Has anyone heard about mixing Maxol E5 and Maxol E85 at a ratio of 5 to 1 giving you nearly 100 octane petrol. We only have 95 octane in the pumps over here so this would be an ideal solution if it actually works Thanks

Im assuming the GTO twin turbo is mapped to run on 98 octane petrol, my problem is its not available anywhere over here. Normal spray paint is fine for the rocker cover and intake plenum etc. It will dull after time but its cheap to remedy. If the engine gets hot enough to affect the paint you will have bigger worries than the paint!!

Whats the best type of spark plugs and plug leads for the twin turbo, also would upgrading to a k and n cone filter be worth the money, does it actually improve performance or does it just increase the engine sound???? Would a aftermarket panel filter be better. Tanx

Cash flow isnt great at the minute, thats why Im looking at the cheapest options I can. Even considering converting it to a van so I'l get commercial tax on it. Car tax for a year is about 1400 euro....van tax is only 270 euro. We are being robbed over here with car tax!!!!!

Mitsubishi reccomend 5w 30 and I am just wondering why nearly everybody else reccomends 10w 40 or 10w 50. Whats better about them compared to the 5w 30???

They're the glass projector type ones. The plastic housing got melted on one of them (long story) Its badly melted with holes on underside, the mountings, glass and projector units are all fine so I wonder could it be repaired someway until I come across a used set? Ive got to get them opened...

Whats the best engine oil to use in a 94 GTO TT with 60k on the clock. I think 5w 30 is reccomended but ive read somewhere that 10w 40 would be better. What do ye think?

Thanks for info about the photos. The car is totally standard except for a turbo timer (that has to be fitted) and a blitz bov. Only planning "cosmetic" mods at the minute...... going for reliability rather than big power. Not exactly sure what model I even have.....there's a 320 and a 280bhp...
