HGV Class 1 License

Hey there im saving up my money at the momment to follow my late fathers footsteps by being a HGV Class 1 Artic driver does anybody know if you can frog leap straight to Class 1 license from a Full Driving license or do i need to do my LGV and Class 2 license first??

And Do i need to do my Electronic Tacograph as well?

should cost me between 2 - 4 grand to do

you now need to do new tacho as they have to be fitted to new motors.

and i dont think you can leapfrog

i would say you would have to do your class 2 then class 1

and like pg said have to have your tacho card not so much of a worry if you drive a old unit but drive anything over 2001 i think it is maybea bit newer you will need a tacho card
