As with everything it depends on your budget and what power you want to get to. Your best bet would be to go for a RPS max street clutch as thats good up to around the 500bhp mark or the same kind of clutch from SPEC, both are very respected brands that will last well and could be had for around £500 before the exchange rate was killed!
If its a money no object thing the pit road m/OS Giken str is the best for a fast road car- the pedal feel is lighter then stock, almost like you are driving a fiesta but its a twin plate clutch so will easily handle up to 8-900bhp and it comes with its own flywheel but the price is probably over 1500 quid, ive got one and its the nuts!
