Hello there and welcome. 
I used to have an 02 Smart Pulse and I had that running 112bhp.
It had...
700cc engine
Roadster cams and turbo.
Brabus 101 TIK pipe.
Jan speed stainless steel intercooler pipes.
Stainless custom stealth (read hidden) exhaust with sports cat.
Roadster injectors.
Audi fuel regulator.
K&N airfilter with modified intake, intake was also smoothed to improve flow.
Full rolling road map by Reddot Racing.
Updated suspension.
Reddot racing discs and pads with braided lines.
I think there's more but I can't remember it all at the moment!
Have a look at Smarts R Us and Well Smart for tuning goodies.
