well i know old git will get in on this dunno his stats buy weight loss is one of the best and one of the mose cost effective mods you can do.

well my poor old jag weighs in at 1606kg with only 225 bhp =7kg per 1 bhp.
ok it is losing some weight by having the bumpers removed.
and the engine will be tweeked a wee bit.

i'm hoping aerodynamics improvements will help it go better.

The GT before it was ripped apart (est):
960kg - 180bhp = 190bhp/ton

When it's finished hopefully (est):
900kg - 300bhp = 338bhp/ton

The Alfa GT:
1365kg :)confused:) - 150bhp = 111bhp/ton.......
.......remap soon methinks......

will have another look but they car is mostly palastic and fiber glass so does not weigh to much but would not of said that this afternoon as we had to push it up onto the lift so i could fit the gearbox

:) You know me too well already :)

Original = 700kg/105bhp = 150bhp/tonne or 6.6kb/bhp
Target on pump fuel = 550kg/530bhp = 945bhp/tonne or 1.01kg/bhp
Using C16 racing fuel = 550kg/640bhp = 1163bhp/tonne or 0.86kg/bhp

Then, there is always the nitrous..............................

very nice indeed

well i have just lost 40kg from mine, by losing the bumpers and fittings.

so i'm down to 6.9kg per 1 bhp now.

cant lose much more, so its engine tweeks next.
