want the most power but no turbo

i' bought a 300gt sl about 3 months back and finnally decided to get it going (me and my dads project)... im lookin to get the most power i can out of it but im not looking to go turbo or NOS.. im thinking intake manifold widen the exhaust and cold air intake... any thoughts

How much are you looking to spend on this? A fast road profile cam, lighter flywheel and engine balancing is a good start IMHO for NASP power on most engines, you can run a higher redline then.

i mean work is well paying right now and i dont do much else than that (sadly) but i is not lookin to break the bank wide open.. maybe just a little
