Anything that uses GPS to disclose camera locations is totally legal. For now. Given that HMSO publishes ordnance Survey maps with the same information upon them then it's hard to see how such information could become illegal.
As for radar detectors, laser detectors and jammers for both, these are now illegal, according to recently passed statutory law. In '98 court's decided that interecpting a radio signal that carried no information did not contravene the conditions of law according to the 1949 Wireless Telegraphy Act. But, the law's been raped since.....
Since then it's become unlawful to use such equipment. Using jamming methods is probably illegal regardless. But, if the operating officer (or civvy in uniform) can't get a reading then there's no risk to you unless you're pursued and stopped at the roadside.
It's a silly situation - why should it be an offence to slow down at the site of a speed trap location? One presumes that these loactions are determined and allowed becuase there is a safety problem due to speeding.
