Hi Rickware and welcome to TorqueCars nice to have you along. To get to around 300hp you will need to look at the fuelling as well as a turbo upgrade. You can probably get an upgraded OEM spec turbo with ball bearings to save you from getting new exhausts made up.

Have you done or looked into a remap? You might be pleasantly surprised what can be done on the standard turbo with a good remap.;)
 
Small turbos are lag free(ish) but for big power you need a big turbo. Some would add a second turbo bit I was thinking why not get an addon supercharger cos these are fairly lag free. They are also easier to fit than a second turbo.
