Polishing

Does anyone have any really good tips for polishing a car? The colour is a dark blue and I want to take all the fine scratches that the previous owner put in it, probably from automatic car wash or something similar. Tried t-cut but this just made it shiny, and I’ve still al the fine surface scratches when u look close or at an angle.

i always use Auto Glym Paint Renovator then Maguiers wax to bring back deep shine

It realy needs doing with a polishing machine & Cutting paste.. But as above says Autoglym will do a great job by hand,,

also detailing clay will bring it up a bit more

but for scratches i would say autoglym or Maguiers would sort some of the scratches out

Dont forget to WAX it afterwards, polish does not protect the paint work only wax does.

Meguiars NXT tech wax works well for me it reduces the little swirls you get.
