Photo ID licence or an old one

Which sort of licence do you have, a newer photo ID one or one of the old paper ones?

I still have my paper one, as I haven't moved and it is still legible I have not had to reapply for a Photo ID one. Am I alone? Someone today told me that he hadn't seen one of those old licences in years!

I've got a photo licence but my mum and dad still have paper ones.

I'm only 21, I don't think they even did paper ones when I passed!

I'd never heard of them until they were mentioned on my theory test application. So is it just a sheet of paper? Or an unlaminated card?

sheet of green paper iirc roughly the size of legal paper (just bigger than A4) but not seen one in a while

Got my photo card a year or 2 ago, but before that I still had my original paper license.

used to have a paper one until it was consistently being displayed to not so freindly policemen - all the more amusing when it almost disintegrated when they opened it up. I ended up being forced to get a new type one.

I never show the plod my licence when I get stopped. Never have.
