The Torque Meister
Understand that these are currently under review and maybe cut to every two years insetad of every year. This, imo, seems ridiculous as most people are too lazy to do any work on their cars except when it comes to MOT time so this will surely result in many more 'unroadworthy' vehicles driving around - and if classed as this surely the insurance wont pay out either so if in a accident it could be years of going to court to try and force the money out of those in the wrong.
not sure who came up with this brainwave of an idea but its seems to be incredibly stupid.
