Which is the max compression ratio with regular fuel (95 octane) and water-alcohol injection for a street engine?
 
It depends a lot on the engine and whether it is NASP or Turbocharged. Also is it fuel injected or a carb?
 
Personally I wouldn't push it that far 14:1 seems just beyond the upper limits to me. You also have to bear in mind what would happen if the water reservoir runs dry, the system you install must have some fail safes otherwise the engine will just pop.
 
at least if you have a system like this on a turbocharged engine then you can decrease your boost pressure to compenstate for the lack of detonation suppressant (water/meths) yes you will see a decrease in performance but you will still be able to drive the car afterwards.

Anyways I thought Starlet Galanza's were turbocharged.
