gto no go

hi

ive got a gto non turbo 1992 auto
ive been having problems with it spluttering.and now it wont start at all:blink1:
ive changed caps in ecu,fuel filter,plugs,have just found out theres no power to injectors.
it cranks ok but just wont fire
any ideas greatlly apreciated

I've having the same problem on my VVC but only when it's cold out.
I'm changing the leads tommorow as they've been on the engine since 99 & I think the shielding has gone now (I hope), If not the coil packs will be next.

I also changed the throttle pot thinking that had worn but no joy!

Have you checked the coolant sensor?

Check to see if there's a fuse for the Injectors too.

Paddy,

The injector drivers on your ECU board have probably gone down. Changing the capacitors was too late.
Send the unit to the ECU Doctor, it will cost about £190 ish to be repaired and cure your problem.
