Engine swap

Wondering if the base of my simple cam is the the same base as the twin cam model of the evo ....

would it be complicated to swap the head for a twin cam?
I think it has been done but ... anyways

IMHO its far more likely to have been an engine swop which should be pretty easy

yeah but for me ... it woulod be lest costly and I could even do it at home in my back yard
