E46 320D 150cv project car

Hello I'm tuning my e46 (150hp) and I want to share some things I wanna do I haven't seen in videos or forums. Also to get some advice for things a should do or not to my car.

-EGR delete (done )
-downpipe (done )
-custom cold air intake
-ecu programming
- remove clutch dalay valve

Please let me know if there is other modifications I should do to my car thanks

You've not mentioned cams, exhaust (cat back) or lighter flywheels. Getting the head flowed and ported can also help improve power delivery on higher power projects but you need to weigh up the costs.

I think the ECU mods will be the biggest gain you get on this, the rest will only make a small difference to power in my humble opinion.

I would like to mount camshafts with more travel but I have not been able to find one for my type of engine. I have only found one for the m47d20. Is there any difference between the m47d20 and the m47tud20?
The idea of a lightened flywheel was also on my list, I just forgot to add it.
How many hp do you think it could reach, 190-200?
