hello,i have a citroen saxo 1.4 furio,and want to tune it,either putting 1.6 in it or tune 1.4.does anybody have any info on either subject

I believe a 4-2-1 manifold, paired with a full stainless steel exhaust system, upgraded cams and an induction kit will see some decent gains. If your after more power, and a conversion is out the picture then possibly a remapped ECU.
