corolla 2005 1.6 tspirit power mods?

I am looking for information on possible modifications i could put on my 1.6 corolla. It is totaly standard just now but i would lik a bit more power but cheap on insurance if possible.

really no mods are nice on insurance
start with easy breathing :
panel filter = most insurance companies wont bother with them but gains are likely to be less than 3bhp - stay away from induction kits as you will generally lose power
smooth airbox - less disturbance to the airflow doesnt really add power but can increase throttle response.
exhaust manifold
sports cat
and cat back

but youll be lucky to see 10 bhp from that

i have heard about remapping as an option but would it help on this car?

Toyota are a bit funny when it comes to their ecus so alot cant be remapped they require seperate ECUs so the price goes up. its not really worth it without alot of other mods on a NASP engine.

for info a 1.6 will give around 6-8bhp gain from a remap
