Civic 1.6 SE Body kits

I am having real problems sourcing body kits for a Civic 1.6 SE VTEC 5dr 2004.

There are plenty for the 3dr version by next to nothing for the 5dr version.

Has anyone any suggestions? I am mainly interested in the front/rear bumpers and possibly a rear spoiler.

Any suggestions welcomed.

I though the only difference between them would be the skirts and rear arches. A good bodyshop should be able to chop and blend a kit to fit.
