I am planning to give my car some love, she is a 2007 Mazda Sport with a Duratec 3.0 and a five speed. She just broke 200,000 miles. I have recently noticed that I am lacking power when going up steep inclines, no surprise as I kind of have an heavy foot. I am getting ready to rework the engine and drivetrain. I go up into the mountains near Denver quite a lot from around the Colorado/Kansas line. I am looking around for some performance and suspension upgrades to give her another shot at life and I would like some suggestions on what would be good for the engine side of things.
