do all the civics gearboxs from 92-95 fit in all of the civic within those years e.g. I want to put a esi gearbox (d16y) into a vei (d15z1) engine. will it fit?

hi there i am looking to put a 16. esi engine in my vei civic and was wondering what things i have to change e.g. the ecu etc any help?
You hear of these people that do not tell the insurance company of such a swap but is this a good idea?
