Do you reckon the internals would be able to cope with this tuning? or is there any kind of safe guards i can take to stop any major problems down the line. Also i put some of that millers fuel additive in the tank... good stuff, like the k&n i havent gained major power gains but a smoother...

Just had an email back from performance 3000, intercooler, sports exhaust and remap all in for £1250 and they would be looking to keep the car for around three days. give it a few more weeks and i should hve the cash saved up an alls go!!!

Nice one, i thought it was gunna be around the £300 mark. ill let ya know. peugeot said they would normaly do the water pump as well, proberly trying to get me to spend the cash. Ill make sure the cooant gets done as well.

Just got back from the peugeot garage, as i had to get them to have a look at the horn which is all fixed for £40, as they had to renew some connector points. while i was there i asked about the exhaust....... MY CAR DOES NOT HAVE A PARTICLE FILTER! so i hope that ends all the banter Ive also...

if i was to have the intercooler, exhaust and remap done would this be to much for the internals on the engine?
