When I read articles on suspension it tells me how low a street car can go off the ground for example 35mm but where is that measured from. And my question is where is the 35mm measured from?

Please forgive me if this has been covered in another post, I completely understand how to double clutch and what it does but what is the end product resulting in an increase of performance and why is it so important? Also what is the difference between a factory and a performance clutch?
