Considering a 430i

Hi guys,
new to the forum, thinking about a 430i (last bimmer was alost 40 years ago - a 2002 with a ti body kit) and curious about performance upgrades for the 430i.
Current ride is a lightly modified 2005 Crossfire SRT6 pushing over 400hp, so I’m a little concerned about the difference in power, and hoping to get some insight here.
I‘m mostly curious about the advantages of a CAI, new exhaust and tune - not sure I’d want to get into porting the head, etc.

Sorry - I should have added why I’m looking to change: @ 66 y/o I’ve had multiple joint replacements, and the -6 is simply too low and too stiff for me (notice that I didn’t say too fast!); my last long trip was 6.5 hours on poor NC & SC backroads, and it took a couple of days to recover from it.
