I'm looking at getting some Yoko A408R's for the strip, they do medium or soft compound, guess the soft is best for the strip, any thoughts?

i would say the softer the compound the more grip they should give when warm. downside would be the wear on them would be much higher. Although if you worry about these things you shouldnt be dragging ;)

Thanks for the info, no, the wear's not a problem! just need the grip! line lock will be fitted soon so can warm the tyres...

Just looking for idea's, saw the Yoko A408R's posted on a forum, the guy said they were good, have also heard good about Hoiser's...
