turbo vaccum pipes

Hi i'm a new member with an audi 1.9tdi avant it's a1997 and having problems with lack of power could anyone give me any advice.
 
Is the power loss through the whole rev range or just at the top end? Have you checked for loose or split hoses? Get someone to hold the revs at 3000 rpm for a bit and check around the engine bay, any splits or loose hoses should be quite obvious then.
 
thanks for that but had a look and it seems to be the top vaccum pipe to the turbo. Lets hope this cures it going away soon.
