Tuning a 2007 CR-V 2.0i VTEC auto

I own a 2007 Honda CR-V 2.0i VTEC petrol auto, and would like to
find out about tuning options to increase bhp / torque / mpg.

I've been quoted £395 from John at DNA Tuning in Stratford which will deliver an additional 13bhp and 20 nm torque.

Not sure if it is worth doing for such a small increase in power?

Anyone got any experience of having done this before?

For the price thats probably gonna be the biggest increase in power from one single mod.

What does the work involve? I'm guessing it is just a remap, to get bigger power gains you need to look at head work, polishing, porting, bigger valves and a fast road cam really.
