Its bult for motorway cruising and economy. There are not really many parts suppliers out there that will offer performance parts so you might have to get inventive. Get the cams ground to a fast road profile, fit an induction kit and sports exhaust. The auto box is not doing you any favours but I guess you bought that for a reason. Get the head of the engine gas flowed and fit bigger valves and that should give you a better power curve.
Is it peforming as it should - try a 0-65 run and compare this with the makers stats if it is well under the engine might just be worn or in need of a good servicing! :wink:
