power upgrades

hi all just joined and im wantin toget more power out of my 2.4i frontera
as its slugish on towing. can anyone sergest anythin.

There's not an awful lot you can do with these to be honest. For general performance your likely to be better of with a diesel engine which can be tuned with a simple ECU remap. Most post 2001 diesels are suitable.

If you try to increase the power on the 2.4i petrol unit you'll probably force the power band even further up the rev range, thus making towing even harder.
