peugeot 306, rally, v6 conversion

hi every one. i have just bought my self a poor excuse for a 306 rally. looks like some wanna be boy racer has had a go lol. i have recently had put in a 50000 mile recon engine out of the 406 3ltr v6 and it is lets say a bit nippy http . I would love to make this car the best it can be but i have no idea of what i can do to the engine. my dream is to super charge or turbo charge this engine, but im lost and have no idea were to get performance parts. any other ideas on how i can make this engine the best please point me in the right direction. and if there is an website or a place in north lincolnshire that can help. cheers people.

No problem, it's amazing what power figures engines can achieve on standard internals, if you do it right that is, for example those guys I linked you to have gotten 325 hp from a 2.0 16v zx running standard internals?!?!?!, they lowered the compression ratio to 8.6:1
