new clutch for a type s

I was wondering what would be the best clutch to have for my civic 2.0 i-vtec type s

A standard clutch can cope with power hikes of around 30-40% in most cars quite easily. A triple plate, high friction or heavy duty clutch is able to cope with more power but can be a nightmare in heavy traffic.
