Mitsubishi Legnum VR4

I have a 1997 VR4 and have been told that there are two different types of clutch that goes in them could anyone shed some more light on this for me as i have been told they are also the same clutches that go on the EVO'S.

had a look on sachs website they only do 2 mitsi clutchs ones for the evo 6

There are triple plate, heavy duty, carbon and twin plate clutches available for the evo. Strictly speaking these all fit the same hole and do the same job. Welcome to TorqueCars, I hope you enjoy your time on here.

Hi all, Thanks for the welcome, i have been investigating this problem further and have found that the 2 litre legnum has a 225mm clutch plate and the 2.5 litre has a 240mm clutch plate and they are very similar to the Evo's of the same model year. Once again thanks for the assistance.
