had no joy getting info on ecu,so cant fix it myself so going to send it off to be repaired,
need to get it running so i can get it back up the sprayshop so the new paint job can be mopped and polished,
am considering getting my alloys powder coated gun metal grey,should go nice with the rosso red paint job

Hope you get it all sorted then mate. How much is a repair going to cost? I still bet its a lot more than getting a new one?

A full repair should cost about £185, a new one will be upwards of £500 ish.

Just checked, a new E.C.U. is £564.84 + v.a.t.

i stumbled upon a piggyback unit today as well,do they just enhance your existing ecu??

A piggyback what ? Fuel controller, boost controller, patch ECU ?
All these items are classed as piggy back as they patch into the main ECU harness and override standard specs relevant to what the controller is for.
