That blows my mind, tried again the other day and still can't even draw a propper stick man, sigh...
 
Nice. What technique are you using to get the initial proportions? I.e. is it all freehand or do you start with a print of a mockup/comp of a photo or montage then trace outlines to get the dimensions right?

At the begining i'm using the grid to set all the dimentions
