Colour code

I have a 1.2 clio grande. Colour code 632. Year 2000
Will this colour be the same as any sport models ?
Also when i went to buy some spray from my local paint dealer they had 3 shades of 632 for a Renault. How do i know which 632 is my car.

as renault is probably the best option mate. is there no other numbers for the paint codes ? i know there is a few mixes of paint that all come under the same names

Just "632" m8 The paint shop said take this card and match it. They all looked the same at diff angles and all looked diffrent..

Modern paint codes are a nightmare, we had a car in the paintshop a few weeks back which was a silver grey, there were 12 different shades under the same code, can't remember the model of car now. Even using swatch cards it was impossible to find the correct match. Ken, the painter had to order in samples of the paint until he found the exact match.
