changing interior Clio 1.2

2001 1.2 Clio
I want to change the light colour for the radio and speedo etc. I know how to do all of this, but where would I get the parts? For the radio it's just a sheet of thin plastic changing the colour of the regular lights, and with the dash it's these smd LEDs or something along those lines. Any suggestions?
