I have previously posted on here asking for advice about new alloys for my car however the alloys i want to get i cannot get for under £600 excluding tyres so was looking at about £800 for new alloys. This is because I wanted to keep Renault alloys and wanted to buy Clio Trophy Turinis or the 182 alloys SO I was thinking i currently have these alloys on my Clio:

Just the stock ones, however they are quite badly curbed and scuffed, thats partly the reason for wanting new ones! So I was thinking that I could get them refurbed and then sprayed another colour! I got a quote and was priced about £190!! This obviously will save me sooooo much money but i did want to get some 16"s as mine are 15". But do you think that these alloys will look good another colour? Black or anthracite grey for example....Also could i fit 195/45 tyres on a 15" wheel?
