300gt error code problems

Hi all, I have a 2003 300gt Nissan Skyline, I bought it as a project car thinking it was easy to work on but trying to find the parts and videos for it has been difficult, to say the least, but I was wondering if anyone knew what these error codes mean: P1806,P1135,P0345. I was also wondering if anyone knew what part number and where to buy the camshaft sensors on this car would be amazing thank you.
