powerflow custom built me a stainless steel backbox for my old car, an escort for £200 fitted. Asked me how loud i wanted it on a scale of 1 - 10, i went for a 7 :D :D

with just a back box , not much performance gains, some, but not lots. you will however get a nice exhaust note coming out the back end:toung:

i guess it will need an intercooler, its just like a turbo , except from the crank instead of exhaust gas's. Can put in bottom of front bumper, like most do. but 100% upgrade the brakes or your dead with all that power and no stopping power.

also think about uprated clutch, maybe uprated gearbox to handle all that raw power, then live remap on a RR.

You need a live remap, if your gunna supercharge

i have a 2007 Focus TDCi 1.6 Ghia , and im getting it remapped to take it from 110hp to 140hp and from 240NM of torque to 290NM of torque.

exactly as others said, new air filter, then remap. if you want to do more you can de-cat it, and remove the DPF, then remap it again. If u want to go mental, bigger turbo, bigger intercooler. Then remap again to get the most out of it!

you need to fabricate your own bonnet release catch to somewhere else, usualy back inside the car, like normal car, im looking to do the same on my focus
