tbh is is getting a bit technical i just strongly think that with a bith of planning and minimal expenditure on top of an intake system you can make it much more efficient?

for my car intake exhaust remap suspension supercharger cams chassis stiffening respray xenon light brakes :)

Cheers Old Git, Thanks for input, I was just trying to logically thinks thing out lol, Can I assume that the throttle body and the trumpet then have the housing pipe to the MAF sensor housing? How is the pressure maintained in the system such as yours ? thanks again for the input

Older age and lowish miles I guess. I am 26, also one thing admiral said was that they don't have many of those cars on their records therefore there is no crash or accident data to act against it.

How much of a problem is rain and water getting into the air filter i am worried that if I use one of the lower headlights as an air feed it will get a load of water in there, Any one had any experience of this ?

cheers sleeper I think in my engine bay im going to need to move the battery out the way to get any reasonable size of feed in there

Also Apologies im a noob can the breather hoses be redirected to the air feed instead of after the MAF this would mean I can replace the old air inlet hose with a silicone one to smooth air flow

is there any gains to be had by swapping the air flow inlet into the airbox as the air enters low and the throttle body is high so all the airflow has to be sucked in by the engine?

sweet jesus hmm interesting me thinking logically a corrugated service, would add friction as opposed to a smooth service.

one thing I have always wondered with the induction kits and CAF kits is they are supplied with the corrugated hoses surely this disturbs air flow ?

cheers guys very welcoming, insurance was not that bad did a deal with admiral for £800. Handling will be sorted with some new poly flex bushes lowered springs and a strut brace. cheers
