id say quite simply.... take a feed off the sidelights live wire and run it to your new lights.... and then run a negative wire off the negative one etc. i dont really get the question :p

so according to my assumptions ( :P ) your cas is a single silencer system? in which case, im assuming that just a backbox is good. as removing baffles (ones like yours dont have much, if any) increases performance. BUT however, a little bit of backpressure is good. not much, but a small amount...

what type of exhaust do you have? just a backbox or cat back? or full system? as far as i know, decat is illegal for road use, but sports cats are good, but expensive. i am a big fan of uprated exhaust manifolds too :p also, with induction kits, my one was where the standard air filter...

i reckon you should just get the GTi front everything, engine, driveshafts, hub assemblies and everything. probably easiest.....and safest

well i have my test booked... so not on the road as yet. but for a standard car, 3rd party F+T its £1100 cheapest. but really i dunno what my car is worth, (pug 106, 1.1 zest 2 1998 with 47k on the clock) so i dunno how much extra a VTR would be.... or the insurance difference??? any ideas?

i have just realised that induction kits arent the best thing to have due to sloppy lower end performance. is this what i should get instead...

yeah i mean could i fit GTi hubs onto my car, seeing as mine is 3 stud wheels and the GTi is 4 stud. (i think!!) im hoping itll work!!

hi, just wondering. are there any rims out there that make 3 stud wheels look remotely ok? as at the moment i hate the things! if not, how hard is it to convert to 4 stud hubs? its a mark2 106. so im guessing GTi hubs would fit strait on?? or is it case of just putting GTi discs and drums??

i would have to agree on the same sorta lines as the previous post. hermatite Instant Gasket is my favourite invention!! it saves so much time (and money) during an engine change etc. like for instance checking everythings working correctly...

yep i agree with the previous post, i wouldnt buy a standard car. id buy a few cheaper cars and customise them to my own spec....... much much better!

hi, my 106 is mark 2, i have 3 stud wheels. which i hate the look of. is changing to 4 stud as easy as changing the rear drums to 4 stud and changing the front disc? will it fir directly? cheers
