Hi, I have an Accord 2.4 iVTEC. The 2.4 only revs to 7k rpm, is it just a bigger version of the engine in the Civic Type R which revs to 8k rpm, and can the 2.4 be easily remapped to take it to 8k ?

Hi, I have a late 2004 Accord 2.4 iVTEC Executive, had it since 2006. I am starting to maintain it myself as Honda dealers are very expensive e.g. replaced rear discs and pads myself but got the parts from the dealer ! Where is the best place to get parts ? Also, the 2.4 engine seems to me...
