I spun the charger by hand today and it equates to 14 impeller turns per 1 pulley turn. The gent I bought it from also claimed that the boost capability of the unit was 1.5bar. Cheers.

Is there any major drawbacks to using engine oil to lubricate a Centrifugal Supercharger? I have managed to acquire a good unit but it doesn’t come with an Oil reservoir. I was thinking about tapping an oil feed and using a filter to work as a protective measure

Just something I've been thinking about; Most people have a separate Oil Drain attached to the oil pan but I was wondering if anyone has ever used the Sump Plug as an oil drain for the Turbo? Would the stock sump plug be too low to act as a sufficient drain? Cheers

Turns out the hesitation came from a failing coil pack. I thought it was strange that it was intermittent so I thought I could rule that out

I have actually carried out 1 & 5, the injectors were bought second hand from a breaker and I was assured that they were checked before I got them. Thanks though, always worth doing the easy stuff first

For anyone wondering, it appears it was a fault with the ACS/ABS system. Pulled the relay and the fuses and suddenly it started turning again!! Thanks to those who chipped in

I will certainly try that, thanks I’m at a loss as I said. When I fitted it at first, and before I fitted the intake manifold and ancillaries, it turned fine. It’s so odd for it to just stop.
