From Power Train Projects...came with its own 'O' ring....simply take off the air intake hose and unscrew the four screws,pull off the necessary hoses,bolt it back on....hook up the new throttle cable you will need to order from them....Vroom Vroom! See...

As far as I can make out,I now need a 200 front section to attach to the 200 exhaust manifold...

thanks engine is in pieces now... fitting Piper X cams...Verniers...new alloy throttle body with new cable...new head gasket...new 200 exhaust manifold that doesn't have the de-cat built in...should see an improvement...ZR suspension going on...

A very small item...but important! I had stripped my engine to fit a new head gasket and camshafts... decided to clean out the bad oil from the tappets...and 1 got jammed when I tried to put it back together...I think the spring is broken,,,anyhow I cant get it apart...so I need one...

The R25 has two cats! A "pre-cat" is built into the downpipe,and there's another normal cat back toward the back box. That's why i want to put in the 200 downpipe.

yes,I see you wapped the exhaust so didnt put a heat shield there...

Exactly....their head gaskets weren't very good...

But I am now wrapping my exhaust.....and it is all rusty and looks disgusting...and Rover thought the car needed a pre-cat too.
