i got a clio mk1 1.9D and i have done my pass plus just finished it this sat i only passed on the 18th of august and i got 800 quid off me insurance its now 1300 from 2100 without pass plus and i have rung up litteraly hundreds of the #!#!#!#!ty companies and the thing is they expect u 2 be nice...

my insurance is 1300 for a clio 1.9D clio but i did the pass plus it saved me 800 quid so look into that and im only 17 so it aint bad

i was thinkin of paintin my steelies gun metal grey to give my clio mk1 a retro look or should i just get some alloys any ideas

i am lookin for alloys but dont know what the off-set is for a clio mk1 any help out there

the simple 1 is induction kit but its quite a popular engine so have a look at demon tweeks website it is good speed wise but if u lower it and put strut braces on it u should feel alot better on nice country roads

ok thanks i think i will go 4 35mm then hence the roads and ur concern with 55mm 40 maybe that bit 2 close but havin it that 35mm will make it handle better wont it

i have a clio mk1 diesel and i want to lower it to make the handling better and all round looks better but i am stuck on how for to drop it there is 35mm 40mm and 55mm lowering springs plus shortened shocks which i am looking at is there any1 who has done it before or knows whats best please reply

cant i just take the turbo and manifold of the 19 and fit it 2 mine and run it on low psi
