Waynne thanks for the reply,vauxhall answered my question with quote GM-LL-B-025 and the viscosity SAE 0W-30, 5W-30 or more than 30. I think a good 5w-40 will offer all round protection and synthetic seems to be the best for modern engines these days.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 TDCI, I am unsure what is the best engine oil to use,must it be diesel specific,mineral,synthetic,5w30 0r 40 perhaps?
