Okay... so I'm looking at modifying a 98 1.8 vtec Accord and I'd really like the vtec in as early as I can (preferably all the time or like 2000 revs) but I have NO idea where to start.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, what is the other cable that runs opposite the throttle cable...
Okay... so my drivers side indicator is on and is staying on. No flashing, still on when the ignitions off. All of the indicators are on: front, side and rear.
Is it a dodgy earth maybe? Or a fuse?
A mate of mines 93s clutch is on the way out. He asked me if the 93, 900, 9000, etc clutches are transferable. I had no idea so I thought I'd jump on here and ask around. His engine is the redtop, if this makes a difference.

Yeah, i have exactly the same thing!
Its a 2001 and the engine management light is on and occasionally it stalls right after I start it when cold. If you give it a rev before it falls back to idle speed it doesn't happen.

AHA! I understand now... right... that stands a very good chance of being the problem.
Don't suppose anyone knows how difficult that'll be to fix?

What do you mean the activating mechanism? Sorry, I'm really not acquainted with these kinds of engines.
They're twin cam right? Do you mean the mechanism that switches from one cam profile to the other? Is that how twin cam engines work?
